A RESOLUTION
Honoring and celebrating Dr. Sonnie Badu and First Lady Annie Badu for eight remarkable
years of ministry service in the State of Georgia; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Sonnie Badu, an internationally acclaimed gospel minister, worship leader, and
apostolic voice, has faithfully served the Body of Christ and the community of Georgia for
eight impactful years, bringing spiritual renewal, leadership development, and global
influence to the region; and
WHEREAS, alongside him, First Lady Annie Badu has demonstrated grace, wisdom,
strength, and unwavering support in ministry, empowering women, families, and leaders with
dignity, compassion, and excellence; and
WHEREAS, through their leadership at RockHill Church Atlanta, they have cultivated an
atmosphere of authentic worship, sound biblical teaching, prophetic insight, and community
engagement that has transformed countless lives across the State of Georgia and beyond; and
WHEREAS, their ministry has extended beyond the pulpit through humanitarian outreach,
leadership conferences, mentorship initiatives, and global missions, strengthening faith
communities and fostering unity among diverse cultures; and
WHEREAS, their eight-year tenure in Georgia reflects steadfast commitment, spiritual
integrity, visionary leadership, and measurable impact in advancing the Kingdom of God

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body honor and celebrate Dr. Sonnie Badu and First Lady Annie Badu
for eight remarkable years of ministry service in the State of Georgia; commend their
unwavering dedication, spiritual leadership, and enduring commitment to uplifting
communities, empowering believers, and strengthening the moral and spiritual fabric of
Georgia; and recognize their ministry as a beacon of faith, unity, cultural excellence, and
Kingdom advancement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Dr.
Sonnie Badu and First Lady Annie Badu.
