Knight has faithfully served as the shepherd of five churches over the last 26 years, ministering to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of his congregation and community through seasons of both joy and challenge; and WHEREAS, he has traveled nearly 50,000 miles to preach the Word, performing 30 baptisms, 52 conversions, and 1,500 sermons at churches across the State of Georgia, leaving a legacy of faith that will endure for generations; and WHEREAS, through his exemplary leadership, churches have been built and grown spiritually and numerically, expanding ministries, strengthening outreach, and fostering a spirit of unity and love; and WHEREAS, whether the task is preparing a sermon, visiting the sick, counseling the troubled, baptizing a new believer, or acting as a theologian, educator, administrator, or humanitarian, Pastor Robert E.
