## Summaries written by Georgia Commons

The following was written by claude-sonnet-5 from the text above and is not part of the resolution. Quote the text, not the summary.

A Georgia House resolution formally congratulates Tyler and Jessica Eck of Georgia on the birth of their daughter, Fallon Georgeanna Eck, born July 1, 2025.

### Plain-language summary

This resolution is a ceremonial measure passed by the Georgia House of Representatives to recognize a specific family event. It states that Fallon Georgeanna Eck was born on July 1, 2025 at 6:10 AM to Tyler and Jessica Eck, weighing 5 pounds 1 ounce and measuring 18 inches long.
The resolution does not change any Georgia law. It simply has the House of Representatives congratulate the parents and wish the child a long and happy life, and it directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to prepare a copy of the resolution for the family to keep.

### What it does

- Formally congratulates Tyler and Jessica Eck on the birth of their daughter, Fallon Georgeanna Eck, on behalf of the Georgia House of Representatives.
- States the specific birth details recorded in the resolution: date, time, weight, and length of the child.
- Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to prepare and distribute a copy of the resolution to the parents.

### Who it affects

This resolution directly affects only the Eck family, Tyler and Jessica Eck and their daughter Fallon Georgeanna Eck, along with the Clerk of the House of Representatives, who is tasked with preparing a keepsake copy.

### Why it matters

The resolution carries no legal or regulatory effect and changes no Georgia law. Its practical significance is symbolic: it gives the Eck family an official, dated record from the state legislature marking the birth of their daughter.

### Key provisions

- The resolution's whereas clauses recite the birth details: Fallon Georgeanna Eck was born July 1, 2025 at 6:10 AM, weighing 5 pounds 1 ounce and measuring 18 inches.
- The resolving clause has the House of Representatives congratulate the parents and wish the child a long, happy life.
- A further resolving clause directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make a copy available to the parents.
