A RESOLUTION
Honoring the life and memory of Bishop Adeyinka Adejube; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens
with the passing of Bishop Adeyinka Adejube on October 14, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Bishop Adeyinka Adejube was born on October 12, 1976, in Akure, Ondo
State, Nigeria, a beloved son of Prince Abel OlorukoOba Adejube and Deaconess Eunice
Matanmi Adejube; and
WHEREAS, he received his early education at the Methodist Primary School and Oyemekun
Grammar School in Akure, and he earned a National Diploma in Geographical Information
Systems from Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in 2001; and
WHEREAS, after relocating to the United States in 2005, he became a visionary leader in
the entertainment industry, founding Bishop Entertainment Consult LLC and co-founding
Core DJ's Africa in 2006, advancing Afrobeats and elevating African talent in the global
market; and
WHEREAS, he later founded International Trade Exchange in 2008, expanding his work into
international business development, international trade relations, and capacity-building
efforts benefitting developing nations; and
WHEREAS, in 2010, he became Chief Operating Officer of Vogue Entertainment Group,
where he played a pivotal role in expanding television content production, talent
management, and entertainment development; and
WHEREAS, Bishop Adejube demonstrated his passion for community advancement through
leadership roles with Egbe Omo Yoruba North America for more than seven years, serving
as National Public Relations Secretary as well as holding multiple roles in the Atlanta
Chapter; and
WHEREAS, he further contributed to civic engagement through service with the Nigerian
American Political Affairs Committee (NAPAC), joining APC-USA in January 2015 and
later serving as National Deputy Public Relations Officer; and served Nigerians in Diaspora
Organization where he worked to empower communities, advance diplomacy, and promote
positive change; and
WHEREAS, his philanthropic heart led him to establish the Bishop Adejube Foundation in
2020, providing essential education, youth support, medical resources, agricultural
assistance, and entrepreneurship training to underserved communities in Africa, the United
States, and beyond; and
WHEREAS, he was united in love and marriage to his wife, Ebony. He is also survived by
two remarkable children, Danita and Charnita; nine wonderful grandchildren, D'Amber,
Idalis, Jamari, Xavier, Andre, Carlton III, Jahkwonia, Jeremiah, and Tavis; and an
outstanding great-grandson, Stylez; and
WHEREAS, a compassionate and generous man who demonstrated his commitment to
witnessing Christ through word and deed, Bishop Adejube will long be remembered for his
love of family, friendship, and community and will be missed by all who had the great
fortune of knowing him.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body join in honoring the life and memory of Bishop Adeyinka Adejube
and express their deepest and most sincere regret at his passing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the
family of Bishop Adeyinka Adejube.
