HR 190: House Study Committee on Minority Business Enterprises, Women Owned Businesses, and Veteran Owned Businesses in State Contracting; create

Georgia's Department of Administrative Services buys about $4.5 billion in goods and services each year for state agencies, the University System of Georgia, and the Technical College System of Georgia. This resolution creates the House Study Committee on Minority Business Enterprises, Women Owned Businesses, and Veteran Owned Businesses in State Contracting to look at how those businesses, especially smaller or under resourced ones, can better compete for that spending.
