Finley is an accomplished healthcare executive whose leadership and service have strengthened major health systems and advanced patient-centered care across the United States; and WHEREAS, his exemplary career includes previous service as chief executive officer of Alameda Health System, chief executive officer of LA County/Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and interim chief operating officer for Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center; and WHEREAS, in 2021, he returned to Georgia to join Atrium Health Navicent following its strategic combination with Atrium Health, bringing extensive expertise to support systemwide integration, operational alignment, and long-term growth; and WHEREAS, as president of Atrium Health Navicent, he now leads one of the largest nonprofit and leading academic health systems in the United States, providing organizational direction, advancing strategic initiatives, and overseeing the adoption of new technologies that position the institution to meet evolving healthcare needs; and WHEREAS, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he currently serves as chairman-elect of the organization and has previously served as a board member of the American Hospital Association as well as chair of the America's Essential Hospitals Institute; and WHEREAS, Dr. Delvecchio S.
