WHEREAS, founded by Juan Mejia in 2016, JCM Ventures is one of the few Latino-owned, bilingual commercial real estate brokerages in the State of Georgia; and WHEREAS, focused on thoughtful, community-oriented projects, JMC Ventures plays a vital role in Atlanta's commercial real estate market, advising property owners, tenants, investors, and small businesses across the city and metropolitan area; and WHEREAS, JCM Ventures operates with a strong understanding of neighborhood dynamics and local market conditions, supporting Metro-Atlanta's non-profit institutions and diplomatic missions as well as the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, GALEO, and Chavarro Law Firm; and WHEREAS, under the guiding hand of founder Juan Mejia, JMC Ventures has demonstrated a commitment to building a firm that emphasizes professionalism, market knowledge, and long-term relationships; and WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding organization be honored upon the grand occasion of its 10th anniversary.
