WHEREAS, founded by Juan Mejia in 2016, JCM Ventures is one of the few Latino-owned, bilingual commercial real estate brokerages in the State of Georgia; and WHEREAS, focused on thoughtful, community-oriented projects, JMC Ventures plays a vital role in Atlanta's commercial real estate market, advising property owners, tenants, investors, and small businesses across the city and metropolitan area; and WHEREAS, JCM Ventures operates with a strong understanding of neighborhood dynamics and local market conditions, supporting Metro-Atlanta's non-profit institutions and diplomatic missions as well as the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, GALEO, and Chavarro Law Firm; and WHEREAS, under the guiding hand of founder Juan Mejia, JMC Ventures has demonstrated a commitment to building a firm that emphasizes professionalism, market knowledge, and long-term relationships; and WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding organization be honored upon the grand occasion of its 10th anniversary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize and commend JCM Ventures, congratulate it upon its 10th anniversary, and extend their sincere best wishes for its continued growth and success. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to JCM Ventures.
