A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Om Duggal; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Om Duggal has long been recognized by his peers and colleagues for his
extensive entrepreneurial leadership, technical expertise, and sustained contributions to
construction management, real estate development, and strategic consulting across Georgia;
and
WHEREAS, he brings more than 30 years of professional experience in construction
management and development, including the successful planning and development of
commercial and residential projects throughout the state; and
WHEREAS, Om Duggal is the founder and principal of InfraProp Co., a land entitlements
development and consulting firm specializing in the hotel and senior housing industries,
where he provides strategic guidance on land acquisition, regulatory navigation, development
entitlements, and project planning from concept through construction; and
WHEREAS, his professional leadership has been complemented by significant civic and
organizational service, including his appointment by the Gwinnett County Board of
Commissioners to the Sugarloaf Community Improvement District board; and
WHEREAS, Om Duggal serves as District 1 member and secretary of the Gwinnett Airport
Authority, contributing to oversight of regional airport operations and long-term planning,
and he is actively engaged in local business advocacy as a board member and chairman's club
member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, he further supports workforce development and higher education as a member
of the Georgia Gwinnett College School of Business Board of Visitors, providing strategic
insight and industry perspective to strengthen academic and professional partnerships; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this
remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately honored.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend Om Duggal for his many remarkable
career accomplishments and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued health and
happiness.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Om
Duggal.
