## Summaries written by Georgia Commons

The following was written by claude-sonnet-5 from the text above and is not part of the resolution. Quote the text, not the summary.

A Georgia House resolution honors the life and memory of the late Mr. Tommy Harrison of Decatur County and extends the chamber's condolences to his family.

### Plain-language summary

This House resolution is a ceremonial tribute rather than a change to Georgia law. It recounts the life of Mr. Tommy Harrison, who was born in Decatur County, Georgia, in 1924, later moved to Havana, Florida, married in 1946, and raised six children before his death in 1969.
The resolution formally states that the House of Representatives honors his memory and offers sympathy to his surviving family members. It also directs the Clerk of the House to prepare a copy of the resolution for the family. The resolution does not create, amend, or repeal any Georgia statute.

### What it does
