A RESOLUTION
Congratulating the Bleckley County High School's One Act team for winning the 2025 Class
A-Division 1 State One Act Championship; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, the Bleckley County High School's One Act team has established and
maintained a proud tradition of excellence with equal emphases on academics and character;
and
WHEREAS, this outstanding team has completed another triumphant season of one act
competition; and
WHEREAS, superlative teamwork and extraordinary flexibility made this team a special one
to observe throughout the season, and as a fitting finale to its remarkable 2025 season, this
exceptional team captured its third state title in the last four years; and
WHEREAS, the stellar performance of the team is a clear indication of its outstanding
abilities in the areas of acting, singing, and dancing; the unwavering dedication, hard work,
and unity of purpose of each member of the team; and the knowledgeable direction of their
teachers and coaches, Kelli Greer and Dawson Greer; and
WHEREAS, as this exemplary one act team earned its well-deserved reputation for
excellence in the arts by performing with passion and precision, it is perfectly fitting to call
them champions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body congratulate the Bleckley County High School's One Act team for
winning the 2025 Class A-Division 1 State One Act Championship and extend best wishes
for continued success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the
Bleckley County High School's One Act team.
