WHEREAS, Owen Cooper, a distinguished student athlete representing North Forsyth High School, has demonstrated exceptional, dedication, discipline, and prowess in the sport of competitive swimming; and WHEREAS, through rigorous training and unwavering commitment to excellence Owen has achieved remarkable milestones during the competitive season; and WHEREAS, Owen recorded an outstanding time of 20.53 seconds in the 50 yard freestyle, showcasing explosive speed and technical precision; and WHEREAS, Owen further distinguished himself by clocking a phenomenal time of 44.72 seconds in the 100 yard freestyle; and WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the superlative abilities of this accomplished and gifted student-athlete, as well as the pride, honor, and respect he has brought to him, his school, and his community, be appropriately recognized.
