WHEREAS, a gifted student at Coosa High School, Hari Akrayee has been recognized for superlative achievement and selected as Coosa High School's 2026 STAR Student; and WHEREAS, to be selected as a STAR Student, a student must have obtained the highest score in one administration of the three-part Scholastic Aptitude Test and be in the top 10 percent or top ten students of his or her class; and WHEREAS, each school has one STAR Student who in turn has the opportunity to choose a STAR Teacher who has been inspiring and encouraging throughout that student's high school career; and WHEREAS, educator Tyler Bradley was chosen by Hari as Coosa High School's 2026 STAR Teacher for the great support and guidance provided throughout the years; and WHEREAS, Hari has personified the selfless dedication, mental agility, verbal adroitness, and personal maturity necessary for superlative academic performance; and WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most important objective of the General Assembly, and Hari has shown by academic accomplishment that the pursuit and attainment of scholastic success are within the reach of the students in this state; and WHEREAS, the State of Georgia looks with great anticipation toward the future of this bright and promising young citizen. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body heartily commend Hari Akrayee for being named Coosa High School's 2026 STAR Student and express their most sincere best wishes for continued academic success.
