## Summaries written by Georgia Commons

The following was written by claude-sonnet-5 from the text above and is not part of the resolution. Quote the text, not the summary.

A Georgia House resolution formally commends Atlanta entrepreneur Stacey Samedi for her work in AI technology and business, tied to a Women's History Month tech event at the state capitol.

### Plain-language summary

This is a ceremonial resolution from the Georgia House of Representatives, not a law that changes any statute. It honors Stacey Samedi, founder and product engineer of the Atlanta-based company Samedi Label, which works on AI and machine learning integration and platform development. The resolution highlights her technical leadership and her separate entrepreneurial venture, Samedi Sneakers, which it says generated over $100,000 in first-year sales.
The resolution is connected to the second annual Tech Demo Day at the state capitol, hosted by Representative Dar'shun Kendrick on March 13, 2025, themed around Women in Artificial Intelligence. The House resolves to commend Samedi and directs the Clerk of the House to prepare a copy of the resolution for her.

### What it does

### Who it affects
