WHEREAS, the second annual Tech Demo Day at the state capitol will be held March 13, 2025, hosted by Representative Dar'shun Kendrick; and WHEREAS, this exciting event will both celebrate Women's History Month and highlight leaders from across the State of Georgia under the theme "Women In Artificial Intelligence"; and WHEREAS, a proud alum of Florida State University, Laneisha Roberts is a seasoned corporate executive, entrepreneur, and workplace innovator with over 13 years of leadership experience in the bio-pharmaceutical, government, and healthcare sectors; and WHEREAS, in 2023, she co-founded ReviewTailor, a Techstars-backed HR technology company that reimagines performance management through AI-powered solutions, making reviews faster, fairer, and more collaborative; and WHEREAS, as a member of the inaugural AfroTech Founder Circle, Laneisha Roberts is committed to leveraging technology to break down workplace barriers, advance careers, and contribute to closing the wealth gap; and WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding participant be appropriately honored for using her passion and creativity to make our state a better place in which to live and work.
