A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Edafetanure Sodje; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Edafetanure Sodje has diligently and conscientiously dedicated over 15 years
of service to the medical industry as a professional clinical research principal, focusing on
advancing treatments for congestive heart failure; and
WHEREAS, he is a dedicated entrepreneur who additionally serves as the president of both
Keridan Dynamic Solution, a mining consulting company, and Natanjo Ventures LLC; and
WHEREAS, he has further distinguished himself as a community leader, currently serving
as the chairman of the Nigerian American Public Affairs Committee of Georgia and as head
of the One Voice Africa Community group; and
WHEREAS, this exemplary gentleman has given inspiration to many through his high ideals,
morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and he possesses the vast wisdom which
only comes through experience and the strength of character which is achieved through
overcoming the many challenges of life; and
WHEREAS, Edafetanure Sodje is a person of magnanimous strengths with an
unimpeachable reputation for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkable individual be
appropriately honored during this special time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend Edafetanure Sodje for his many
outstanding accomplishments and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued health
and happiness.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to
Edafetanure Sodje.
