A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Phenomenal Hues Global Network; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, Phenomenal Hues Global Network empowers minority women-led businesses
through coaching, mentorship, and capital resources; and
WHEREAS, the network has hosted impactful conferences and sponsored women's events,
earning prestigious awards; and
WHEREAS, more than 20 women coaches have provided over 200,000 mentorship and
coaching hours; and
WHEREAS, this support fosters a new investor class of Black women funding minority-led
companies; and
WHEREAS, its founder, Donnetta Wells, and elite coaches, including Laura Cooper, Denise
Huginne, Jessica Meyers, Michelle Outlaw, and Ashley Scott, are committed to continuing
the work that builds Black founders and family foundations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend Phenomenal Hues Global Network for its
invaluable contributions to women entrepreneurs in Georgia and beyond as well as extend
best wishes for continued success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to
Phenomenal Hues Global Network.
