A RESOLUTION

Commending Combat Boots 2 Boardroom for its dedication to empowering veterans and recognizing March 11, 2025, as Combat Boots 2 Boardroom Day at the state capitol; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, the State of Georgia recognizes the invaluable contributions of our nation's veterans, whose service and sacrifice have safeguarded our freedoms and strengthened our communities; and

WHEREAS, many veterans face unique challenges when transitioning from military service to civilian careers, including navigating professional development, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities; and

WHEREAS, the Combat Boots 2 Boardroom's Veteran Pathway program is a distinguished initiative dedicated to equipping veterans with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to thrive in business, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurial endeavors; and

WHEREAS, this program provides tailored mentorship, professional training, networking opportunities, and strategic guidance to help veterans translate their military experience into successful civilian careers; and

WHEREAS, Combat Boots 2 Boardroom has positively impacted the lives of many veterans across Georgia, fostering economic growth, leadership development, and a strong support network for those who have served our country; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding program be appropriately honored for its unwavering commitment to empowering veterans and strengthening our communities.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body commend Combat Boots 2 Boardroom for its dedicated service to Georgia's veteran community, extend best wishes for its continued success in supporting those who have honorably served our nation, and recognize March 11, 2025, as Combat Boots 2 Boardroom Day at the state capitol.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Combat Boots 2 Boardroom.
