the 41st, Myles of the 126th, and others
A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending The Associate of St. Augustine Alumni-Atlanta; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS, The Associate of St. Augustine Alumni-Atlanta (ASAAA) is a distinguished
network of graduates from St. Augustine's academic programs dedicated to fostering lifelong
connections among its members and supporting the institution's mission; and
WHEREAS, ASAAA serves as a vital hub for alumni to connect, share experiences, and
contribute to the continued growth and success of St. Augustine, ensuring that the impact of
its education extends far beyond graduation; and
WHEREAS, ASAAA actively engages in charitable initiatives and service projects
throughout the Atlanta community, partnering with local schools, shelters, and other
organizations in need of support to uphold the spirit of service instilled by St. Augustine; and
WHEREAS, the association organizes reunions, networking opportunities, and fundraising
events such as charity dinners, silent auctions, and golf tournaments to foster fellowship and
generate resources for scholarships, student programs, and institutional needs; and
WHEREAS, through initiatives like The ASAAA Scholarship and Mentorship Fundraiser,
ASAAA provides financial aid, mentorship opportunities, and annual college tours to support
St. Augustine students as they pursue higher education; and
WHEREAS, the association is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the legacy of St.
Augustine by encouraging alumni to contribute to the growth of future generations through

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that
the members of this body recognize and commend The Associate of St. Augustine
Alumni-Atlanta for its exceptional commitment to education, mentorship, and community
service and extend best wishes for continued success in its mission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to The
Associate of St. Augustine Alumni-Atlanta.
