A RESOLUTION
Honoring the life and memory of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz; and for other purposes.1
WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of a precious you ng citizen with the2
passing of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz; and3
WHEREAS, Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz was born at 2:31 PM in Warner Robins, Georgia,4
on August 15, 2024, weighing eight pounds, four ounces, to Mr. James Hayden Tidwell and5
Mrs. Olivia Marie Krantz, who showed him immense love and devotion throughout his life;6
and7
WHEREAS, Kaspyen was a little warrior whose resilient spirit and contagious joy touched8
the hearts of everyone he encountered, facing every challenge with strength and a smile; and9
WHEREAS, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from feeling the sand between his10
toes at the beach to giggling on his play mats, roaring like a lion with his father, splashing11
in the bath, and playing with his favorite rattles; and12

WHEREAS, Kaspyen's love for cartoons brought him endless wonder, and his hours spent13
mastering tummy time stand as further testament to his perseverance as well as the boundless14
love and care demonstrated by his mother and father; and15
WHEREAS, his infectious smile lit up every room, and he found delight in gazing at himself16
in the mirror, fascinated by the person he was becoming; and17
WHEREAS, although his time on earth was brief, Kaspyen's spirit and joyful presence will18
forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him; and19
WHEREAS, he is cherished in memory by his parents, Mr. James Hayden Tidwell and Mrs.20
Olivia Marie Krantz; grandparents, Donald and Darlene Krantz an d Heather and Darrell21
Krantz; aunts, Vivian Rehahn, Malayu Palmer, and Shiria Palmer; uncle, AJ Palmer; cousins,22
Jamir Palmer, Jadie Palmer, Jayden Palmer, and Bucky Palmer; and godmother, La'Trecia23
Cuffie.24
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25
the members of this body honor the life and memory of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz and26
express their deepest and most sincere regret at his passing.27
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized28
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the29
family of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz.30
