A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Kevin John on the occasion of District 58 Day; and for other1
purposes.2
WHEREAS, presented by GOAT Ave Inc. and The Corporate Influencer Academy, District3
58 Day is a community initiative dedicated to uplifting individ uals and recognizing4
outstanding leaders who have made a significant impact in their respective fields; and5
WHEREAS, Kevin John is a visionary entrepreneur and business st rategist known for his6
innovative contributions to the spirits industry as the founder of Island John Vodka, a brand7
that blends high-quality craftsmanship with a distinctive cultural vision; and8
WHEREAS, through his leadership, he has successfully built a business that resonates with9
consumers while redefining branding and marketing within the industry; and10
WHEREAS, in addition to his business ventures, he has dedicated himself to fostering11
entrepreneurship and economic empowerment by mentoring and supporting small business12
owners through strategic marketing initiatives and sustainable growth strategies; and13

WHEREAS, as an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, Kevin John is a st rong advocate for14
inclusivity, equality, and representation in all areas of life, inspiring others to pursue their15
dreams while supporting a culture of unity and social progress; and16
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this distingu ished individual be17
appropriately honored during this special time.18
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that19
the members of this body recognize and commend Kevin John on the occasion of District 5820
Day for his outstanding contributions to business innovation, mentorship, and advocacy as21
well as extend best wishes for continued success.22
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized23
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Kevin24
John.25
