### Plain-language summary

This is a memorial resolution passed by the Georgia House of Representatives to honor Loretto Bobo, who died on February 13, 2025. The resolution recounts her life story: born December 17, 1945, her career first as a registered nurse and later as a chiropractor after earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, her faith, and her family, including three children and a grandchild.
The resolution does not change any law. It formally expresses the House's condolences and regret at her passing, and it directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to prepare a copy of the resolution for distribution to her family.

### What it does

- Formally expresses the House of Representatives' regret at the passing of Loretto Bobo and honors her life and memory.
- Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to prepare and distribute a copy of the resolution to her family.
- Creates no new law, funding, or penalty; it is a ceremonial statement rather than a policy change.

### Who it affects
