The following was written by claude-sonnet-5 from the text above and is not part of the resolution. Quote the text, not the summary.

A Georgia House resolution recognizes October 17, 2025 as International Day for the Eradication of Poverty in Georgia and honors two educators for their work in financial empowerment.

### Plain-language summary

This resolution from the Georgia House of Representatives designates October 17, 2025 as International Day for the Eradication of Poverty in the State of Georgia, aligning with a day the United Nations established to draw attention to global poverty and financial inclusion.
The resolution specifically honors Dr. Jacqueline Mohair, founder of Trinity International University of Ambassadors School of Business, and Dr. Sonya Hamm, known as 'The Wealth Coach,' for their work in financial education and empowerment. It encourages Georgia citizens, organizations, and institutions to observe the day through service, education, and community engagement. The resolution directs the Clerk of the House to send copies to the honorees. As a resolution rather than a bill, it does not create any new law, funding, or enforceable requirement.

### What it does
