A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending the 2025 Awards of Honor recipient, Marquita Levette1
Wright-Davis; and for other purposes.2
WHEREAS, Marquita Levette Wright-Davis is the owner and founde r of 4D Computer3
Repairs, a business that provides free repair services to nonprofits and churches; and 4
WHEREAS, Marquita is Founder and Director of Testimony Board Mi nistries, and5
Co-Founder of AIM at Main Mentorship Program; and 6
WHEREAS, Marquita received a grant from the South Rome Alliance to strengthen the7
community through free tutoring services, which led to the establishment of the South Rome8
Free Tutoring Program, offering free tutoring for Rome City School students in kindergarten9
through 12th grade; and 10
WHEREAS, Marquita was recognized in 2024 by the Floyd County B oard of11
Commissioners during Black History Month for her significant co ntributions to the12

WHEREAS, Marquita collaborates with organizations including One Community United and14
the Rome NAACP to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in Rome; and15
WHEREAS, Marquita is a passionate community leader, activist, e ducator, and advocate16
committed to education, mentorship, and social justice; and 17
WHEREAS, Marquita further serves her community through her volunteerism with South18
Rome Community Association, Rome NAACP, A Voice for Votes, One Community United,19
REACH Ministries/Bloodline Believers, Healing Scars with Scarve s, iFocus Mentoring20
Program, and Keion Harper Foundation.21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that22
the members of this body recognize Marquita Levette Wriight-Dav is for her outstanding23
dedication to the co mmunity, commend her as a recipient of the 2025 Heart of the24
Community Awards Honor Recipient, and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued25
success.26
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized27
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to28
Marquita Levette Wright-Davis.29
