Blankenship, Jesse; Trion High School's 2025 STAR Student; commend ## Text 25 LC 112 3641 House Resolution 975 By: Representative Lumsden of the 12th A RESOLUTION Commending Jesse Blankenship, Trion High School's 2025 STAR Stu dent; and for other1 purposes.2 WHEREAS, a gifted student at Trion High School, Jesse Blankenship has been recognized3 for his superlative achievement and selected as Trion High School's 2025 STAR Student; and4 WHEREAS, to be selected as a STAR Student, a student must have obtained the highest5 score in one administration of the three-part Scholastic Aptitu de Test and be in the top 106 percent or top ten students of his or her class; and7 WHEREAS, each school has one STAR Student who in turn has the opportunity to choose8 a STAR Teacher who has been inspiring and encouraging throughou t that student's high9 school career; and10 WHEREAS, educator Laura Bryant was chosen by Jesse as Trion High School's 2025 STAR11 Teacher for the great support and guidance provided to him throughout the years; and12 WHEREAS, Jesse has personified the selfless dedication, mental agility, verbal adroitness,13 and personal maturity necessary for superlative academic performance; and14 H.
