# Floor amend 3 to SB 1

25 Floor Amend 3
Senators Parent of the 44th, Jackson of the 41st, and Kemp of the 38th offered the following
amendment #3:
LOST
Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to SB 1 (LC 49 2184S):
by inserting after line 131 the following:
(6) The provisions of this subsection shall not apply to teams comprised exclusively
of studants in kindergarten through grade 8.
