# Floor Amend 1A AM 44 0286 to SB 131

ADOPTED
Senators Dolezal of the 27th, Kemp of the 38th, Goodman of the 8th, Watson of the 11th,
and Howard of the 35th offered the following amendment #1A:
Amend AM 44 0285 by replacing line 32 with the following:
<ins>days of the specified period of the renewal term, and the seller shall remit such refund to
such consumer within 45 days of the date of the consumer's request.
</ins>
