Not legal advice. version: Floor Amend 1 version_id: amendment:2025-2026/sb144/235174@235174 --- # Floor Amend 1 to SB 144 ADOPTED Senators Hatchett of the 50th, Watson of the 11th, Goodman of the 8th, and Echols of the 49th offered the following amendment #1: Amend the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Consumer Affairs substitute to SB 144 (LC 60 0098S) by inserting after "pesticides" on line 5 the following: ", subject to an exception" By replacing line 40 with the following: to warn; provided, however, that the provisions of this subsection shall not apply when a determination has been made by the Environmental Protection Agency that a manufacturer knowingly withheld, concealed, misrepresented, or destroyed material information regarding the human health risks of such pesticide in order to obtain or maintain approval of its label by the Environmental Protection Agency."
