Senator Tillery of the 19th offered the following amendment #1A:
Amend amendment 1 to the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Consumer Affairs
substitute to SB 144 (LC 60 0098S):
by adding after <ins>“Agency”</ins> on line 8
<ins>“so long as the pesticide is available for retail or wholesale sale to Georgia farmers.”
