25 Floor Amend 1A MOOT Senator Tillery of the 19th offered the following amendment #1A: Amend amendment #1 to the Senate Committee on Public Safety substitute to SB 21 (LC 57 0224S) by: striking lines 5 and 6 of amendment 1 and putting in their place “detainer notice is in custody for a misdemeanor charge, if a local government or local government office is sued for holding someone longer than 90 days, the state shall assist in seeking indemnification from the federal government; and”
