# Floor Amend 1 AM 64 0004 to SB 468

ADOPTED
Senator Cowsert of the 46th offered the following amendment #1:
Amend the Senate Committee on Public Safety substitute on SB 468 (LC 63 0112S) by
replacing line 40 with the following:
sleeps within 72 hours after the sexual offender's release from prison, <ins>county jail,</ins> or
By striking <ins>"and"</ins> at the end of line 141.
By replacing line 143 with the following:
<ins>Section 16-6-22.1; and
(viii) Any second or subsequent conviction of an offense listed in subparagraph (A)
of this paragraph."
