# Floor Amend 1 AM 50 0097 to SB 47

OUT OF ORDER
Senators Mangham of the 55th and Esteves of the 35th offered the following amendment #1:
Amend the Senate Committee on Finance substitute to SB 47 (LC 50 1064S) by inserting
after <ins>"magazines"</ins> on line 11 the following: <ins>, but not including assault weapons or civilian,
semiautomatic versions of military weapons
</ins>
