LOST Senators Howard of the 35th, Rahman of the 5th, and Parkes of the 7th offered the following amendment #1: Amend SB 523 (LC 65 0073) by replacing lines 29 through 31 with the following: (c) Each public school shall consider harassment or discrimination against students or employees motivated by or including, but not limited to, antisemitism, anti-Christian sentiment, anti-Islamic sentiment, anti-Hindu sentiment, anti-Buddhist sentiment, or anti-Sikh sentiment in the same manner as discrimination motivated by actual or perceived religion.
