ADOPTED
Senators Tillery of the 19th, Strickland of the 42nd, Bearden of the 30th, Anavitarte of the 31st
and Setzler of the 37th offered the following amendment #3B:
Amend amendment #3 to the Senate Committee on Judiciary substitute (LC 62 0129S):
by striking “removing” on line 1, striking lines 2 and 3, striking lines 26 through 29
Inserting above line 30:
“By replacing ‘A’ on line 105 with the following:
‘If the Attorney General has not brought an action or filed a report pursuant to subsection (d) of
Code section 10-1-439.3 within 90 days of being presented such matter in writing a
