# Floor Amend 1 AM 49 0245 to SB 61

ADOPTED
Senator Dolezal of the 27th offered the following amendment #1:
Amend the Senate Committee on Judiciary substitute to SB 61 (LC 49 2320S) by replacing
lines 183 through 185 with the following:
<ins>(A) On public or private school operated property, including, but not limited to, school
buildings and school grounds;
</ins> By replacing lines 190 through 192 with the following:
<ins>(A) Public or private school operated property, including, but not limited to, school
buildings and school grounds; or
</ins> By replacing lines 205 through 207 with the following:
<ins>(A) On public or private school operated property, including, but not limited to, school
buildings and school grounds;
</ins> By replacing lines 212 through 214 with the following:
<ins>(A) Public or private school operated property, including, but not limited to, school
buildings and school grounds; or
</ins>
