A RESOLUTION

Recognizing and commending Michelle Silos; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Michelle Silos has served with distinction as a participant in the Senate Intern Program for two consecutive years, demonstrating exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to public service; and

WHEREAS, during her tenure as a reception aide, Michelle Silos has exemplified excellence in every aspect of her role, ensuring the seamless operation of the Senate front office and serving as a welcoming and reliable presence to members, staff, and visitors alike; and

WHEREAS, she has played an integral role in coordinating and supporting special presentations and events, helping to ensure that Senate functions run smoothly and efficiently; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Silos has gone above and beyond in her responsibilities, serving as a trusted and dependable right hand to the Senate Staffing Department and consistently demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed; and

WHEREAS, her work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence have distinguished her as one of the most outstanding reception aides of the legislative session; and

WHEREAS, in recognition of her exceptional performance and dedication, Michelle Silos has been selected to continue her service as a legislative assistant, becoming a permanent and valued member of the Senate team.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize and commend Michelle Silos for her exemplary service and extend their sincere congratulations on her well-deserved appointment as a legislative assistant. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Michelle Silos.
