NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend Micaiah Raheem, also known as Raheem the Dream, for his pioneering role in the development of Atlanta's hip-hop culture and extend their sincere best wishes for continued success and influence in the years ahead.
