Senate Resolution 236

A RESOLUTION

Recognizing and commending Sam M. Bromberg; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Sam M. Bromberg recently retired from a long career in public accounting and personal financial planning, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career; and

WHEREAS, he began his career in the accounting industry after earning a degree in accounting from the University of Georgia; and

WHEREAS, upon obtaining his degree, Sam M. Bromberg joined the firm of Bates, Betts & Carter, where he gained valuable experience in the field; and

WHEREAS, he continued his accounting career with the firm of Metcalf, Frix & Company, where he served as a partner; and

WHEREAS, he later embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to co-found Bromberg & Cohen, PC, with his partner, Jeffrey Cohen, which provided accounting and tax services to individuals in Atlanta and the surrounding areas; and

WHEREAS, he embarked on another entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Nova Wealth Management Group, LLC, offering personal financial planning services to individuals in Atlanta and the surrounding areas; and

WHEREAS, he later sold this business to Buckingham Strategic Wealth, ensuring that the individuals he served would continue to receive financial guidance for years to come; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of Sam M. Bromberg be appropriately honored.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend Sam M. Bromberg, CPA/PFS, for his outstanding service and extend best wishes for his continued success in all future endeavors.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Sam M. Bromberg.
