## Summaries written by Georgia Commons

The following was written by claude-sonnet-5 from the text above and is not part of the resolution. Quote the text, not the summary.

A Georgia Senate resolution formally commends the 2025 Senate Aides and Senate Academic Aides for their work supporting Senate committees during the legislative session.

### Plain-language summary

This resolution is a ceremonial measure from the Georgia Senate, not a change to state law. It recognizes the group of Senate Aides and Senate Academic Aides who worked during the 2025 regular session helping Senate committees and leadership run smoothly.
The resolution lists dozens of individual aides by name and praises their hard work, dedication, and commitment to public service. It directs the Secretary of the Senate to make copies of the resolution available for distribution to the honored aides so they have a record of the recognition.

- Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare and distribute copies of the resolution to the aides.
- Conveys the Senate's best wishes for the aides' future success and happiness, with no changes to Georgia law.

### Who it affects

The resolution directly names and honors the individual Senate Aides and Senate Academic Aides who worked during the 2025 session, as well as the Secretary of the Senate, who is tasked with distributing copies of the resolution to them.

### Why it matters
