Randall Servant Leader Award; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, in 1999, Representative Nikki T. Randall became the fi rst African American3 female elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia, and over her 17 years of4 service as a legislator, she held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Georgia5 Legislative Women's Caucus; and6 WHEREAS, every year during Women's History Month, the Georgia Legislative Women's7 Caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify th e leadership and8 inspiration embodied by Representative Randall; and9 WHEREAS, Alisa Anderson currently serves as the founder and exe cutive director of10 Women's Resources Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to a iding women and11 low-income families by addressing their immediate needs and equipping them with the tools12 necessary to achieve their educational, financial, career, and spiritual goals; and13 WHEREAS, under her leadership, Women's Resources Inc. has serve d over 80 families,14 provided meals to more than 3,600 individuals annually, empower ed 24 entrepreneurs15 S.
