Randall became the fi rst African American3 female elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia, and over her 17 years of4 service as a legislator, she held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Georgia5 Women's Legislative Caucus; and6 WHEREAS, every year during Women's History Month, the Georgia Women's Legislative7 Caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify th e leadership and8 inspiration embodied by Representative Randall; and9 WHEREAS, Dr. Niyah Glover, a dedicated member of the Fayettevil le City Council, has10 established herself as a leader in mental health advocacy and community well-being through11 her role as a licensed Mental Health Counselor and as the owner of an Allied Health Institute12 in Fayetteville; and13 WHEREAS, she has spearheaded a city-wide Mental Health Initiati ve that utilizes14 data-driven strategies to address the emotional and psychological well-being of Fayetteville15 S.
