Myles, Darren; recognize ## Text 25 LC 129 0370 Senate Resolution 409 By: Senators Orrock of the 36th, Jones II of the 22nd, Jackson of the 41st, Mallow of the 2nd, Halpern of the 39th and others A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Darren Myles; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Darren Myles has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital2 role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the success of the3 athletes of Georgia; and4 WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time,5 talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state as evidenced6 dramatically by his recognition as the 2024 Atlanta Falcons Coach of the Year; and7 WHEREAS, for 18 seasons, Darren Myles has coached at various At lanta high schools,8 including Frederick Douglass High School, Alonzo Crim High scho ol, and George9 Washington Carver High School; and 10 WHEREAS, Darren Myles' exemplary coaching, mentoring, and dedication to his students11 has led several of them to the NFL and other prestigious professional endeavors; and12 WHEREAS, this distinguished gentleman has given inspiration to many through his high13 ideals, morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and he possesses the vast wisdom14 S.
