A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending the Global Sisters Speak Network; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, founded by Sebrena Sumrah-Kelly, the Global Sisters Speak Network seeks to foster and empower a global circle of women and girls to live abundantly in their authenticity as well as find success through business and community endeavors; and
WHEREAS, Sebrena Sumrah-Kelly is a multifaceted global influencer, TV and radio host, producer, motivational speaker, and life coach who has been featured in such notable publications as Who's Who in Black Atlanta and Voyage ATL Magazine; and
WHEREAS, she further serves as the founder and president of Caribbean and American Global Business Connections, facilitating international networking and fostering business growth; and
WHEREAS, initiatives that provide crucial opportunities for business growth, leadership, and economic empowerment contribute to stronger communities and greater global connectivity; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the Global Sisters Speak Network be appropriately honored during this special time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize and commend the Global Sisters Speak Network for its many outstanding contributions on behalf of women worldwide as well as extend best wishes for continued success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the Global Sisters Speak Network.
