A Georgia Senate resolution congratulates Katya Tumanova, a Midtown High School swimmer, for helping set a school record in the 400 Free Relay.

### Plain-language summary

It recognizes Katya Tumanova, a member of the Midtown High School girls swim relay team in Fulton County, for winning first place in the 400 Free Relay and breaking the school record by seven seconds with a time of 3:31.75.
The resolution formally congratulates Tumanova and her teammates, Rhea El-Deiry, Dabney Bond, and Sarah Paisley Owen, for their athletic performance, dedication, and teamwork. It directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare a copy of the resolution for distribution to Tumanova as a keepsake of the honor.
