Ascend Church; recognize ## Text 25 LC 129 0459 Senate Resolution 518 By: Senators Anderson of the 43rd, Davenport of the 17th, Strickland of the 42nd, Mangham of the 55th, Mallow of the 2nd and others A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Ascend Church on the occasion of its third anniversary; and1 for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, the seeds which were sown by the loving and humble eff orts of the devoted3 original worshipers of Ascend Church have blossomed, establishi ng a rich tradition and4 history; and5 WHEREAS, Ascend Church has grown under the divine direction of Pastor Brian Guerin,6 allowing the Word of God to spread throughout the community; and7 WHEREAS, the congregation of this church has compiled an unpara lleled record of8 constructive, compassionate, and humanitarian service which it demonstrates daily through9 open minds, open hearts, and open doors; and10 WHEREAS, the members of Ascend Church have a sincere desire to serve the Lord and are11 wholeheartedly committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ; and12 S.
