A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Nyala Allen on Women Veterans Apprec iation Day at the1
Capitol; and for other purposes.2
WHEREAS, Nyala Allen served as a guardian of this nation's freedom and liberty with the3
United States Army, valiantly and courageously protecting her fellow Americans from 19964
to 2012 and 5
WHEREAS, as CEO of Key Coaching & Consulting, LLC, and Founder of ACE Veteran6
Realty, LLC, she delivers innovative, wellness-centered solutio ns that elevate leadership7
performance, enhance emotional intelligence, and drive sustainable, purpose-driven success;8
and9
WHEREAS, Key Coaching & Consulting, LLC, founded in 2023, deliv ers personalized10
coaching programs focusing on wellness, mindset transformation, and sustainable habit11
development; and12
WHEREAS, ACE Veteran Realty, LLC, is a veteran-owned real estat e firm supporting13
diverse clients, with a focus on military families and veterans using VA loan benefits for14
homeownership and wealthbuilding strategies; and15

WHEREAS, as a testament to her outstanding entrepreneurship and service, Nyala has16
received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award, in 2024, and is a member of Northeast17
Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors' Million Dollar Club; and18
WHEREAS, it is abundan tly fitting and proper that the outstandi ng contributions of this19
exemplary veteran are appropriately honored.20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body21
recognize and commend Nyala Allen for the dedication, bravery, and sacrifices she has made22
to serve her country and extend sincere best wishes for her continued health, happiness, and23
success.24
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed25
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Nyala Allen.26
