Etesta Y Causey served as a gua rdian of this nation's3 freedom and liberty with the United States Army Reserve, valian tly and courageously4 protecting her fellow Americans from 1992 to 2018; and5 WHEREAS, she displays entrepreneurial excellence as founder and emotions coach of New6 Normal Resiliency, as founder of the Catch22 Mental and Emotional Well Being Project, and7 as founder of Creativ CausE; and 8 WHEREAS, she is highly skilled in emotions coaching, personal d evelopment stratagies,9 community outreach and engagement, event planning, photography, HR policy10 implementation, problem solving, and leadership; and11 WHEREAS, she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for12 integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and13 S.
