Banks for his many contributions to Cherokee County and the State of Georgia as well as extend to him their most sincere best wishes for continued health, happiness, and success. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Mr. Robert A.
