A RESOLUTION

Recognizing and commending Audrey Kittila, Miss Georgia 2025; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, the Miss Georgia and Miss America Competitions are longstanding programs dedicated to empowering women through scholarship, leadership, service, and personal achievement; and

WHEREAS, in recognition of her unwavering commitment to education, service, and leadership, Audrey Kittila, of Milton, Georgia, was crowned Miss Georgia in 2025 and was named 3rd Runner-Up at the Miss America 2026 competition; and

WHEREAS, she is the founder of Education for All, a community service initiative aimed at reducing school dropout rates by expanding access to early literacy and educational resources to ensure no student is overlooked or underserved due to their zip code, family background, or access to tools for learning; and

WHEREAS, through her initiative, Audrey has impacted thousands of students across Georgia by organizing school visits, promoting classroom reading, mentoring, and partnering with nonprofits that support K-12 students; and

WHEREAS, in addition to her community service, Audrey is classically trained in both violin and piano, a runway model, and a current worship leader; and

WHEREAS, Audrey exemplifies the ideals of integrity, leadership, and dedication, bringing pride to herself, her family, the City of Milton, and the State of Georgia; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkable Georgian be appropriately recognized.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize and commend Audrey Kittila, Miss Georgia 2025, and extend sincere best wishes for her continued health, happiness, and success.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Audrey Kittila.
