By: Senators Davenport of the 17th, Anderson of the 43rd, James of the 28th, Wicks of the
34th and Merritt of the 9th
A RESOLUTION
Congratulating and commending Toya Davis-Stevenson for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose
Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, in 1999, Representative Nikki T. Randall became the first African American
female elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia, and over her 17 years of
service as a legislator, she held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Georgia
Women's Legislative Caucus; and
WHEREAS, every year during Women's History Month, the Georgia Women's Legislative
Caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify the leadership and
inspiration embodied by Representative Randall; and
WHEREAS, Toya Davis-Stevenson is a dedicated real estate business owner, experienced
consultant, and passionate executive leader, as well as a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta
Sorority, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, Toya is the CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Classic,
where she is committed to community engagement, wealth building, leadership development,
and market dominance across metro Atlanta; and
WHEREAS, her leadership influence extends well beyond real estate, as she has served as
the Past President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Metro South Chapter; State and
Local Director within her REALTOR® board; Vice President of the Lake Spivey Georgia
Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated; and Board Member of Someone Cares of
Atlanta, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Toya Davis-Stevenson has established a glowing reputation of renown
throughout Georgia for her deep personal commitment to helping develop the next generation
of leaders through financial literacy and entrepreneurial education; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this
extraordinary servant leader be appropriately recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body
congratulate and commend Toya Davis-Stevenson for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki
T. Randall Servant Leadership Award and extend best wishes for her continued success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Toya Davis-
Stevenson .
